What are OTOFLY’s shipping time frames?
It depends on where you are. Orders in the US take 3-8 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries may take 4-13 business days. Shipping details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How do I cancel my order?
Customer support can cancel your order before it gets shipped. If the package is already shipped, you must return it before we can process a refund or exchange.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Shipping
How long does OTOFLY take to ship my order?
Orders without made to order products are processed within 1-2 business days and then dispatched. If the orders are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday they will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders with made to order products are processed within 3-5 business days and then dispatched.
How do I track my OTOFLY order?
We will send your tracking details via email once we ship your goodies out. You can also ask us in the inbox.
Does OTOFLY offer free shipping internationally?
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $60.
Where does OTOFLY ship from?
Our products are shipped from our US and China warehouses.
How much is your shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping is available for orders to the US.
My order has not been delivered after the estimated delivery time. What should I do?

Returns & Exchanges
I want to return an item. How can I do it?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return them within 30 business days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Before you return your purchase, please contact us at support@otofly.cn and include the following details:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reasons of return
- A photo/video of the products you want to return
We will do our best to solve your problem and contact you with further details.
Please note that we are not responsible for products returned without contacting us.
We only accept returned items when they are:
- Unused and still in its original packaging with the protective stickers on.
- In the same condition as when it was received including all accessories and manuals.
Are there any return fees?
No any handling fees. Please note that our refund will not cover the shipping for return and exchange.
What is OTOFLY's return address?

How do I know if OTOFLY has received my return?
You should receive an email in your inbox from us confirming your return and refund. If you have not heard from us please contact support@otofly.cn for help.
Warranty
How long is the OTOFLY warranty and what does it cover?
All our OTOFLY iPhone cases are included in our lifetime warranty. This also includes any items damaged during transportation/delivery. Please read the following to learn more about what is covered, and scroll down to the bottom of this page to learn how to get in touch.
What OTOFLY lifetime warranty covers:
- Items damaged during shipping (must contact us within 7 days of delivery date to be applicable)
- Manufacturing defects
- Non-cosmetic fitment issues that hinder the performance of your OTOFLY iPhone Case and its ability to protect your phone
What is not covered:
- Items purchased via 3rd party
- iPhone Clear Case Minor scratches and natural yellowing are normal daily wear and tear.
- Replacement product
- Intentional modifications
- Loss or theft of product
- Third-party purchases are not covered by the OTOFLY warranty
Any case subject to warranty may only be replaced by the same model that was originally purchased.

- 1-2 photos/videos showing the problem of the product and a brief description of the problem
