Return & Exchange
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the goods within 7 days after receiving the goods. We hope you will have a happy experience every time you shop at OTOFLY Before you start your return, here are a few things you need to know.
- All returned iPhone cases must be in a complete original packaging, unworn, and the same as when they were received.
- Only products received within the past 7 days are eligible for return.
- We also need one photo of the product
- Briefly describe the reason for the return
What if I put the wrong shipping address on my order?
If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address here's what can be done:
If you placed your order within the last 12 hours, email us at support@otofly.cn. we will try to help you make it right. Please include your CORRECT address so that we can update it as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We try to process orders very quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order we can no longer make changes to or cancel your order.
We cannot add items to your order once it has been placed. Please place a new order with the items you want to purchase.
Do I have to bear the cost of return and exchange?
If it is a product problem, we will bear all the costs of return and exchange.
If it is because of dislike or dissatisfaction with the product, we will not be responsible for the cost of return or exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
